student’s Rules

& Regulations Agreement

Effective Date: May 13, 2025

Company: Music Factory By Marc Hatem

Website: https://musicfactory.me

1. GENERAL RULES

All students must arrive on time to their lessons.

  • If a student is late, they will receive only the remaining time of the lesson. No extra time will be added.

  • Students must respect the regular package validity period unless he is taking multiple lessons per week, so the validity will be adjusted accordingly. A postponed session must be made up within the same week or the following week. Otherwise, it is considered given.

  • For all classes (especially Marc Hatem’s students), a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. If a session is missed or canceled with late notice, and the teacher's schedule is full, rescheduling may not be possible.

  • If canceled on the same day, the session is considered given and no make-up lesson will be offered.

  • In the event of an unexpected emergency, the student must reschedule the class within the same or the following week, or else the session is considered given.

2. PROFESSIONAL RECORDINGS & SHOOTINGS

All recordings and shootings are free of charge but can only take place if:

  • The student is ready to perform.

  • It coincides with their scheduled recording date.

  • If the student is not ready by the scheduled date, the recording will be cancelled and not rescheduled.

  • Free recordings must be posted to the student’s official active Instagram page if they are over 13 years old or parents' official active Instagram page if under the age of 13 (min. 300 followers) within 1 week after the delivery of the video, tagging @musicfactory.me in the video and the caption.

  • If not posted in time, the student must pay according to the official price list.

  • Recordings cannot be done earlier than scheduled without payment.

  • A postponed recording can only be delayed by 1 week, or it is considered cancelled.

  • If the student pays and later decides to post, no refunds are issued.

  • Recording/Shooting Schedule by Package Duration:

    • 1 Month:

No recordings or shootings are included.

    • 2 Months:

      • 1st recording/shooting: at the 8th lesson

    • 3 Months:

      • 1st recording/shooting: at the 7th lesson

      • 2nd recording/shooting: at the 12th lesson

    • 6 Months:

      • 1st recording/shooting: at the 6th lesson

      • 2nd recording/shooting: at the 11th lesson

      • 3rd recording/shooting: at the 16th lesson

      • 4th recording/shooting: at the 21th lesson

      • 5th recording/shooting: at the 26th lesson

N:B: The lesson in this case is considered a 30 minute one. If you’re taking 1 hour classes the calculation will still be the same but taking into consideration that the 1 hour class is 2 lessons.

  • Recordings may be postponed only once, and for no more than 1 week. Otherwise, they are considered canceled.

  • If the student pays for a shoot but later decides to post it on social media, no refunds will be given.

  • Usually the shooting is done either in the same week or the week after the recording has been done.

  • It is very common not to be able to do all the recordings and shootings included in your packages when you're starting out.
